What this notice covers

This notice only applies to the public waitlist at adom.se. It does not describe Adom's future app, sensors, purchases, customer support or other services.

Who is responsible for your data?

Adom AB is the data controller. You can contact us at info@adom.se.

What we collect

Your email address, type of home and size range are required in the form. The number of wet rooms and whether your home has a cold attic or crawl space are optional. Adom also needs to be able to show when, and in relation to which information, you gave or withdrew your consent.

Why we use your data

We use waitlist information to manage the waitlist, plan the launch, select relevant pilot homes and, when you have consented, send relevant email about the waitlist, the launch of Adom and opportunities to join a pilot. Consent is our legal basis for this processing.

A confirmation sent directly after registration only confirms that we have received your details. It is a service message and not marketing.

We do not use your home information for automated decisions that produce legal effects or affect you in a similarly significant way.

Who may process your data?

Waitlist information may only be processed by Adom and by suppliers needed to operate the waitlist and send email on Adom's behalf. We do not sell the information or share it for another party's own marketing.

How long we keep your data

We keep waitlist information until you withdraw your consent or until the waitlist closes. We review the list at least once a year and remove information that is no longer needed. The information is deleted no later than twelve months after the waitlist has closed, unless the law requires us to retain specific information for longer.

You are in control

You can withdraw your consent and stop email at any time through the unsubscribe link in an email or by writing to info@adom.se. Withdrawing consent is free and should be as easy as signing up.

You can also contact us to request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or to exercise other rights under the GDPR. If you believe we are processing your data incorrectly, you can submit a complaint to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
